We want every guest to understand the studio clearly before reserving.

• Maximum occupancy is three guests.

• The studio is best suited for two guests.

• The studio is small and does not have a separate bedroom.

• Three guests should expect close quarters and limited privacy.

• The loft bed is accessed by ladder, so guests should be comfortable climbing up and down to use it.

• Children under age 10 are not permitted to sleep overnight in the studio.

• The studio does not have air conditioning, but three high-quality electric fans are provided.

• The studio does not have a television, but high-speed Wi-Fi is provided for streaming on personal devices.

• The building has an elevator to the 5th floor. Guests walk 19 additional steps to reach the 6th-floor studio.

Rental rates are charged per night. Direct booking rates include taxes and fees, with no hidden platform surcharges.

• Cleaning fee: €35 per stay

• Minimum stay: 3 nights

• Occasional 2-night stays may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a €35 per night upcharge

• A third guest may be added with a €35 per night upcharge

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation

• Deposit may be paid by bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or credit card

• Cash App and credit card payments include a 4.5% processing fee

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made 29 days or fewer before check-in will forfeit the deposit.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will send everything you need for arrival. Our local co-host, Barbara, will coordinate with you, meet you at the building, provide the keys, show you the studio, and answer questions.
