Suggested Paris Walks and Tours

Explore Paris at your own pace with these self-guided walks and tours covering some of the city’s most famous neighborhoods, museums, and attractions. Before You Begin

A few things to know before using these guides:

  • These guides were not created by Your Perfect Paris. They were developed by Rick Steves and his team. We also highly recommend his current Paris guidebook as an excellent resource for your trip.

  • The guides provided here date from 2018. While much of the information remains useful, some details may have changed. Museum exhibits may have moved, entrances and policies can change, and buildings or attractions may have undergone renovations.

  • Neighborhood walks tend to remain more accurate than museum tours. Even so, you may occasionally encounter a street, business, landmark, or direction that has changed since the guide was published.

Despite their age, we have found these guides to be incredibly useful for experiencing Paris and understanding more about the places you are visiting.
